Accessibility Knapen Service

Many measures are being taken across Europe to prevent the further spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19). Knapen Service has also recently implemented the necessary protocols to protect our employees, our customers and our suppliers. Below you will find a number of important matters. The Service workshop is open for maintenance, repairs and malfunctions. Upon arrival you will be asked to follow our hygiene protocol.

Delivery of new vehicles: You can pick up your new Knapen trailer, tipper or  in Deurne by appointment. We have drawn up guidelines which you will receive from us prior to delivery. If you have any questions about this, please contact the delivery team.

Spare Parts can of course be ordered and are preferably sent by delivery service. Picking up Spare Parts is possible after consultation, we ask you to first contact the Spare Parts Team by phone to make an appointment. Upon arrival you will be asked to follow our hygiene protocol.

Suppliers can deliver goods and will be asked to follow our protocol. Upon arrival you will receive the necessary information.
